I realized that I have made changes recently to my blog and main web site, but I did not ask for any feedback.
I would love to have some feedback. Look through the pages on my main site, check the blog and its pages too. Tell me what you think. Is it easy to subscribe to your favorite reader? Are the pictures just not big enough?
Whatever is, I will read it; I might even change it. I know I had an issue with people leaving comments. Is that still a problem?
I do want to thank each and everyone that reads and/or visits. It means a lot.
The pictures below are more taken with that wonderful old camera. Some may notice the first image is Lake Maumelle, good guess
. The guy I ride with needed to stop off at the library. So, instead of twiddling my thumbs, I got out and took some pictures. On this image, you can see some of the little nicks or debris in the lens. Isn’t it neat? Though, some may think, “didn’t we go to digital to leave those imperfections behind?” I would say yes, but for whatever reason we love to go back.
In this picture, we were going over the I430 bridge. This bridge crosses over the Arkansas river. You may notice in the distance the Big Dam Bridge. That bridge is a walking bridge going over the dam.
Dust off that old 35mm, 120mm, or 110 camera (is that still made?) and shoot some film for fun. Most places charge $.49 for each image to scan and put on a CD. So, for a roll of 12, developing the negative is $2.50 – $3.00 and then added to a CD, your total is around $9. Of course, it isn’t free but is cheaper than an evening movie. Have fun!!
